e-commerce, transaction- and financial data

Those who engage in transactions with our Company, by purchasing our services or products, are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary some personal and financial information. In each case, we collect such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with us. As this site is used for paid courses and services for which we charge subscribers, we have to keep record of certain transaction- and financial data. Such data may include the date and time of purchases, products bought, quantities ordered, shipping details for invoicing and bookkeeping purposes etc.

Except for purchases via direct EFT transfers into our account which we have to verify and process manually, we use trusted third party payment processors for all payments. Users needing to make payment are directed to the payment processor’s site for the making of secure payments where after users are re-directed back to our Website for payment confirmation.

We do not keep, store or process any card and/or electronic payment data ourselves and will never sell any private customer financial or transaction data to any third party. We do not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described in this Privacy Policy except when forced to do so by direct court order and/or for legitimate law enforcement purposes.

Website visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

We do not allow access to any external party, advertising agency or web service for the purposes of marketing to our visitors/subscribers/clients or to use our aggregated client/visitor data for any such means as used in digital targeted marketing campaigns or direct marketing. This Website’s primary function is to provide tuition- and support services for medical professionals.

We alone have the right to display and talk about our own affiliate company products and services, such as new courses or industry related medical products. Marketing from our side will always be done conservatively, professionally and in a non-intrusive manner. Our visitors will also have the ability to opt-out of any marketing and/or informational newsletters and related services.
